Volko was a CIA nat sec specialist. His worldview proceeds from there. I happen to think his best game isnāt Labyrinth or COIN or Levy & Campaign but the venerable Wilderness War.
Yeah, Iām treating this as āWhat if Bushās view of the world were right?ā in much the way that Twilight Struggle was āWhat if Domino Theory were right?ā. I tell you what, though, the audio clips they use for background color include Trumpās voice, and that seems both anachronistic and unpleasant (to me).

Does it have the expansion built in?
Not built in but iap purchasable. If you check the AppStore page you can see the in-app purchases section for pricing in your region.
We all know how well-regarded the game is but any iOS-specific impressions would be appreciated like how does is play and is there cloud saving? Slay the Spire really dropped the ball and while thatās no reason to think Monster Train will as well, Iād rather hear that it works before I buy it.
Completely not helpful to this conversation, but I am leaving for the airport in an hour and just remembered to put Monster Train on my Steam Deck. 
I havenāt had a chance to play on iOS yet, but enabling āiCloud Saveā is an option in the settings menu, so thatās a point in their favor.
I just bought it this morning. I think thereās a pretty big bug at the moment where you canāt see or select bosses that appear off to the side of a train floor. I might be missing something but if Iām not its a game breaking bug. Hopefully it gets patched soon.
The Oceania expansion is coming to Wingspan soon. Likely within a few weeks.

I donāt know. You can wishlist it on Steam, I believe but there is no such feature on iOS so I guess we wait and see?
