Appears to be a friends list - promising - under online play -> challenges, but it says it can’t find you
Any idea if it is asynchronous? I’ll be downloading regardless but if I can play async I’ll be recommending it to some friends.
I’ve read that, much like Star Realms, you can play either async (48 hours per turn) or sync. Haven’t had a chance to get into much myself yet but will later today, hopefully.
Interesting- just knowing the game my instincts would be that it’s sync only, but I’ll be pleasantly surprised if there’s async
Edit to color me pleasantly surprised - we’ve got real-time, which is 20 minutes per player per game, and 48h per move

Got them - not sure which mode you did either lol. Accepted both by mistake.
I’m also going to go out on a limb and call this one downright unplayable on a phone, at least until you recognize the cards. Even zoomed I can barely see the text.
I hear ya! That’s why I haven’t done any of my turns yet.
I’m going to have to update my review of it to reflect that now that I have it working.

FTP could mean free to download, with specific content gated behind IAPs. I’d be fine with that. Let me see the game in action for free, make the campaign and a basic character set one purchase, with extra characters or extended campaigns separate purchases—that’d be okay. But I haven’t been so impressed by Perchang’s management of consumable currency to have much confidence if they go that route, I agree.

Seems to have notification banners but no bubbles…
I just went to take my turns and the AI did them until I either lost initiative or it became my turn again. Then it let me finish.

Weird- it seemed to do some stuff for me too, but I can’t tell if it was a replay or the AI actually making moves?
Actually, I was wondering the same thing just now when I took my turns. I think it may be part of the replay.
But it’s totally unclear.
Anyone got a good watch list to look out for sales? I want to buy Gathering Storm for iOS, but don’t want to pay $64 for it. Come on sale!!!

Got a notification that the game is on sale for 75% off. Can’t tell if that applies to dlc as well though.
I haven’t bought the major expansions so I’m still seeing Rise & Fall at $30 (US) and Gathering Storm at $40.
