Hereās a game I just resigned from today:
I was doing okay in this game until I took an Annex and an Occupy from the warmonger on back-to-back turns. Without Classic Army or Conquistadors as available tactics, there was no way to get my military up to defend myself.
If there had been a Revolutionary Idea III available in the card row, I would have stuck it out in hopes to get a viable Artillery tactic going, but would have resigned at the first war to come my way.
And Iāll play another anytimeā¦
I play the game exclusively on my iPad. Anyone playing it on Steam and mobile? If so, do you have a preference?
Congrats on your win, @Hardco! Those Action cards with the Silk Road really made a difference. I estimate you acquired approximately 100 of them. Is that accurate? 
Good Lord, though, that had to be the worst game of TtA Iāve ever played. I was starved for food the entire game (why the hell didnāt I build more Age A Farms?) and kept forgetting about the reduction in Population at the end of each Age. I probably should have acquired more Action cards to blunt Hardcoās advantage. Live and learn!

Silk Road only works on the first action card each turn, but I definitely needed them all since I was stuck on bronze the whole gameā¦
Amazingly, we had a game with no wars I believe!
Iāll go again if you guys need a fourth, but if you want to swap some others in to the rotation, I can sit this one outā¦

CGE Digital posted in the News section of the app that their servers are getting hammered with the influx of new players due to their sale, so theyāre throttling logins.

If we have enough people, why not come up with like a 4 player, King of the Hill that just rotates the waiting list up? Like we used to have for the galactic challenge? Make a meta game out of it?
