I took the last spot, and then the game started automatically. Took my turn, and now you’re up!
Interesting new roguelike autobattler.
I sprung for the closed beta and I’m enjoying it a fair bit so far, but it’ll be F2P on launch so you don’t need to be a goober like me and pay for early access. You can just sign up for the public beta on their site which lands later.
Windows/Mac only so far, but it’s got a UX that seems to indicate it could easily go to mobile eventually.
GG @Mysterio and @Hardco - thanks! We all got toasted - Mysterio and I were just one move from getting out and getting a mastery token each.
GG, all!
If I had just one extra Boots on my last turn, I would have exited and scored 30 additional points: 20 from the Mastery Token and 10 from the Dragon’s Eye card in my deck (worth 0 points without a Mastery Token). Khaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan!!!
I succumbed to greed on my second to last turn and picked up the Monkey Idol card for the 3 points (Ohhhh - Shiny…). Unfortunately for me it got shuffled back into my hand for the last round together with the 3 Clank which helped increase me as a target for the dragon.
Created another game. Password: sp
In!
BTW, my Dire Wolf handle is Mysterio+9129 for those who want to add me to their friends list.
Got the last slot in JMH’s game.
Created another game in the advanced map, PW: sp
I joined @JMH.75’s game.
Maybe we should move this over to a Clank! thread?
Also, the menu screens are a little janky on an iPhone. I can live with it.
Gg!
GG! and thanks for posting results. As I bailed the dungeon early due to taking a battering (and only just made it out) I didn’t get to see the final scores.
If you just exit the game, instead of resigning the game will stay in your list and you’ll not get an update from it until it’s ready to show you the final results.
Portal seems to have just released Imperial Miners on iOS.

Has anyone heard of or tried Abalon? The App Store description calls it a “Roguelike Tactics CCG.” On Steam is seems very well regarded and costs $30. It just came out on iOS and is free, but with the option to buy a handful of expansions. They do claim, though, that there are no goofy currencies and other microtransaction nonsense. I’ll probably give it a look sometime but was wondering if anyone had tried it out?
There’s a demo on steam, you could try it out there at least.
I’ve never heard of it before.
Just saw a short recommendation from a random YouTube video. He said it was an hidden gem, mentioned it was really good. So gonna give it a try later this week.
Yeah, Splattercat Gaming, who I watch on Twitch and YouTube all of the time, gave it a very good review recently so it was on my wishlist.
