For the ones interested, I discovered you can actually set up a game inviting your friends only directly.
I noticed trying to get into some open lobby games and not being able to join because instead of an open slot there was the actual friend name.
So I tinkered a bit and found that you can create a game directly from the friends lists and the spot will be reserved for said friend.
It’s weird you can only do this if your friends are online for the async game (hopefully they’ll patch it) but it’s good to know.
I will gladly play more Clank!
I have not tried the Burrow Mounds map, so just started a new password game as: spbm

Neither did I….joined like there was no tomorrow!!!
I just reported 3 things to Wolf Digital.
- Unless I’m missing something, you can’t start an async game selecting some friends, unless they’re live online (which makes sense for live games, not so much for async). I know you can use password but it would be cool to be able to start an async game inviting directly your friends (not online, they will receive a notification).
2) There is a card that says it will give you +1 gold whenever you acquire gold. But unless I’m reading it wrong, it doesn’t work, I’m always getting the expected gold as normal not +1 (and yes I play that card first).
- Not a bug but more a QoL improvement: on iPhone everything is of course tiny so I use the press to enlarge a lot. It would be much better imho to tap once and have the card magnified (and tap again to get it small), not needing to hold the finger on the card (the finger usually hides said card, and the minimum movement reset to the small one, so it’s a pain).

I mentioned it before in the Journalism thread but the fact that this game is a bit of an eyesore is really unexpected and unfortunate from Dire Wolf. It is like that didn’t give a second of thought to ways to make it look good on an iPhone and just went with “let’s put ugly brick patterns on three edges of tue screen.”
I know it doesn’t take away from great gameplay but it makes me hate firing up the app.
For the record, this is what is looks like on an iPhone 12 with both standard and zoomed display. I’m getting a new phone soon so maybe it looks better on newer devices?
Same on iPhone 14 Plus.

GG! Interestingly this time I do see a “Show Results” button in place of “Reconnect” - when I tap it the dancing meeples do their thing but the results don’t load.
LOL, I forgot to pick up the treasure in a game and I just discovered you can’t escape without it.

Hey - I was invited to join a digital Clank! league that looks to have about 25 people in it right now. Some of the people I know from the BGG Star Realms league.
It’s being run on discord, so you would need to be cool with that (i know we have some anti-discord folks around here).

For some reason, when I click on result, the little colored meeple do their jumps but nothing happens (can’t see the results).
