I am all sort of weird regions… I use an Australian Apple store, Singapore Battle net store and my wife still has her Chile Battle net store.
So hard to align it all…. You lose all your apple store stuff if you change regions!!! Has to be a totally new account!!!

I had a bit of charge in my tablet so thought I’d have a blast at Diablo before going to sleep.

That did it, thanks! The game decided to put me on a server with 750ms ping. I chose the rather more sensible 66ms ping server, and now I’m happily spawn camping elites with other players, just like the devs intended
I don’t know if it is any good, but since we tend to like tabletop games around here, the On Tour app is currently free on iOS.
Bounced hard off of Immortal once I realized they’d released Necromancer and an expansion for Diablo III and that was the only reason I was interested in Immortal anyway.
Just bought those instead and not really fussed with being unable to play that on mobile.

Exactly. The Adventure mode and the other introduced activities make the gameplay loop so much more enjoyable!
D3 on Launch was a wreck, the removal of the Auction house was a boon, Loot 2.0 was a godsend and the Expansion made Diablo 3 a REAL “GREAT” game!

I replayed D3 the past year with my 9yo on the Switch and it has been an absolute blast. I have to say, as much as I love Diablo on the PC, I think I love it even more on a console.
Most of my ARPG playing though these days is in PoE and Grim Dawn. Seriously, if you all love ARPGs and have not played Grim Dawn, put it on your wish list and pick it up in a Steam sale, it is fantastic.
I am enjoying Diablo Immortal, I am at level 54 and grinding to get to the last adventure zone. I am enjoying it, but my guess is that once I get a couple Paragon points, I will lose interest and go play something else. That said, I think I will end up with about 60-70 hours played for free by the time I burn out.

Enjoyed the demo for this one a fair bit on Steam so I’m picking it up.
Yeps, the mechanics remind of something between Dicey Dungeon and Axes & Acres. Good fun with a very responsive developer.
Everyone has their own preferences of course, but I have a hard time buying these types of games on PC when so many of them would be perfect on mobile. I’ve held off in Dicey Dungeons for this reason. Graphics-intense games or games with complex controls make sense for me on PC.
