Hi @JammaTal, as resident GP guru hopefully you might be able explain about the Terrans please? At no point during this game did I get to use their ability, which I expected to when cycling power in the Gaia phase like in the attached. Is there something I’ve fundamentally misunderstood here?

Edit: you can’t see because of the green triangles but was +9 for cycling power by this round

@Caradog I’m guessing trying to figure this out is why you are “Out of Time” again…

I’m no guru, but according to the rules you can only use this ability if you have power in your “Gaia area” (the green area before the normal purple power “bowls”) which only happens when you start a “Gaia project” (which will move power from your normal areas to your Gaia area.)

Our log is pretty long since we are near the end of the game, but I don’t see any indication that you started a Gaia project…

Ok, my turn to be missing something… I have a “green” federation token and I’m considering using it to take an advanced tech tile. I have some “standard” tech tiles and I’m at level 4 on the appropriate research track. What am I missing?

(PS. I know it will actually be more points to use the federation token to advance, get green cubes, and score the 12 point federation tile again, but I’d like to understand why the app won’t let me take the advanced tech tile…)

Ok, I think I get it now… I also have to either have the QIC (green cubes) in order to take the “acquire a tech tile” action or I need to upgrade a trading station or research lab…
