Gg, all! Taking a brief vacation from Root. I’m not sure Winter adds anything. Can anyone make a good case for it? Would love to hear rationales.
I’m thinking that the cats are boosted a little by the winter map.
If you can secure the two northern corners then the other two northern sites in between cannot be accessed (excepting the Vagabond).
Who knows how it’ll go but I’ve been able to leave more buildings with fewer defenders in a current game.
We’re iced in down here in Texas, so I’m gonna dial another winter map game if anyone wants to join …

The weather here in Boynton Beach has been perfect for weeks.
I joined.
I just won a game, finally, as Vagabond by crafting Favor of the Rabbits, 37VPs, and then Root crashed, and the game is gone from my list. Can’t even see the results.

I tried this as cats by closing the NE and left-of-SE clearings. Failed due to WA aggressively coming in in the south. I think Eyrie won by expanding through the other half of the map, so it’s possibly effective for Eyrie too.

Coincidentally, it was a “clearing all of a particular suit” card that caused my win/crash scenario earlier.

Thank you! My 100% losing streak as Vagabond finally ending wasn’t all in my imagination! 
The game has disappeared.
I saw 3 of us in but the 48 hour timer must have elapsed before a fourth joined.
I recreated the game and will start in 24 hours one way or the other.
