Now I have the problem that I have @SpiceTheCat but cannot add him. He is showing in my friends lust, but when I want to create a game, he doesn’t show on the list. It is like he never signed up with this game from digidiced in particular

After getting the short end of the auctions early on (just one tile to place) I managed to take the lead in the final rounds thanks to one scoring tile in particular and holding on to enough gold to take the crown. GG!

Good game! I feel like I lost that one in the very first round, but it’s possible I just didn’t know what I was doing. 
Was a good game. I was not actually sure about the final scoring with money, it looks like it is 1vp per 5 gold? I felt good about my play for only my 4th complete game. I just need to think about bidding and pricing strategy more.

I do like the game but I don’t understand the economy at all; not the mechanics but the strategy. I had something like 70 gold to one of your 20 so I priced a nice tile around 10, thinking that was a significant chunk of change, but it got snagged. I guess I should have gone higher.
I have similar problems pricing tiles in Castles of Mad King Ludwig. Maybe playing with a group often enough that you know their risk/reward decision making a bit better would help.

Yeah, your gold horde grabbed you some serious points at the end! I think this is one of those mechanics that’s easier to judge in person vs digitally, where you know the people and can judge their poker faces

I’ve played a few more than 4 times but still the pricing is the main challenge - especially since you can’t be sure how the other players are going to price their tiles! And then there’s strategy within that, since the purchasing order is different each round and there’s an opportunity to “gang up” on someone leaving them with only the one tile they purchased themselves (if that!)
Hope everyone is enjoying the game - I’m very glad to see one of my favourites finally make it to group play here.
PS. Yes, to confirm final scoring is 1 VP per 5 Gold.

I had the score in the topmost part of the screen. Good game! I was ahead but both my opponents bought my tiles so I had only 1 to place at the end . The winner @whovian223 had a lot of end game points from scrolls on his tiles. I was trying to get those too.
