@SleepingGiant my game is crashing preventing me from playing my last settlement. I’m pretty sure you had me beat though. The last score I saw was something like 51-20, so even if my final 4+9+5 (the five from possibly stealing the most military off you) would have left is at around 46-38. Close, but not enough.

It’s crashing on my side too, right after I played my final settlement. Before that I had 54 pts and the final settlement would have given me 3… I had 7 military strength and 2 prestige (if prestige even matters at the end of the game, I didn’t have enough chips for the prestige + chips goal)

Well played dude, I’m happy to concede this one to you. I tried something (getting chromosome worlds) and I couldn’t get the cards I needed. I should have known better than to try an experimental tactic against such a seasoned opponent.

GG, I really wanted to see the final score, but I agree it definitely would have been a win. My tactics were all over the place, I went for military conquest and trade at first, then once you played improved logistics I shifted towards developments and relying on you to settle planets, then I worked the prestige and 6pt dev cards and more military (and a 9pt planet).

GG @JMH.75! This was the first time I played Psi-Crystal world and it was interesting and somewhat helpful, but I don’t think that was the difference. I think I just had more card bonuses that let me keep a fuller hand.

I got my novelty production selling for 5 each, and grabbed the early goals, but irishdomer08 caught up with a couple big 6-developments and evening up the number of production worlds. Fortunately he was short cards to settle in the final round.

Jason1002 over @Hardco 40 to 29. I had a lead in settlements and developments early. We split the goals - I got the military one and hardco got the blue and brown worlds goal. I had to play a 1 cost development at the end just to get up to 6 military.

I have now invited you. I probably should have mentioned I’m playing with expansions except for Brink of War, which I feel is a bit too punishing on the players that don’t draw any cards with prestige pts on them.
