Yeah, I started badly, but got very lucky drawing predators in the mid-game, which set me up for good momentum late. Great game!
Great game, @JammaTal and @Hardco. I was able to support one last project in my final turn, and I think that made the difference.

so what did i miss about the pouch action in your last turn, @geigerm?
how was it triggered?
@JammaTal I’m not 100% sure, but I think I had pouch as one of my conservation rewards and chose it when I supported that last project to get something for the card I had left in my hand.

That was such a cool ending to the game!
After shipping my early animals off to China in exchange for a fancy reptile enclosure, I picked up the small animal specialist and just went nuts on farm animals, baby bears, pet snakes and the like.
I made the right choice on my end of game after choosing to pick the science symbols over rock symbols, and had several end of game cards trigger.

It was quite fun - the replayability in this game is off the charts. I had the final scoring card about keeping empty spaces and then was able to amass quite a few 0 space requirement Reptiles in my Reptile House. Fell short on releasing and placing one more animal and missed some end game scoring points but still very enjoyable and it came down to the last turn or two. GG!

Did you notice in patch notes they are getting ready for tournament play? That should be good!
